About me:
My name is Lindsay. I am a mom to 2, totally high maintenance kids. Braedon is 3yrs and Makenzie is 1yr. Braedon is picky eater and a natural born vegetarian. We try to eat healthy but I believe everything is good within moderation. I cook mostly vegetarian in the home but my family isnt really entirely veggie. When we go out or eat at others, we eat meat (besides my son). But again, at home, we eat/cook veggie.

Feta Eggs

Reviewed on Jan. 1, 2009 by Donna
This was good. I didn't use the tomatoes, because my boyfriend thinks they're disgusting. Someday I'll try it when he's not around. I had to make him a second batch. Oink oink.

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed on Dec. 31, 2008 by jackel_inthebox
This was fairly easy to make and turned out very well. I had to strain the chocolate/custard mixture to eliminate some "scrambled egg" looking lumps, but it had no effect on the taste.

Cocktail Meatballs

Reviewed on Dec. 31, 2008 by TammyLynn
Just made these today for New years! And Ive had to stop myself from eating all of them b4 guest get here! lol Ive made these last year It was pretty much the same except it asked for grape jelly. I dont think it matters which one you use. I just think the cranberry sauce is a tad sweeter.(did not add any sugar)Used frozen meatballs. And I also put them in the slow cooker for about 3 hours on low. Than its good all night on warm. I plan on making them every for every New years from now on so thank you for this recipe.
