Theobroma (meaning "food of the gods") Cacao is the botanical name for the fruit tree that produces cacao beans. Aztecs drank it for wisdom and vitality, while Casanova used it as an aphrodisiac.

Turns out, February's heart-shaped treats are actually good for your heart. With a high antioxidant content, dark chocolate is now considered "healthy." Being good never tasted so sinfully delicious.
